VISA ISSUES
Our VISA processor has been having issues between Jan. 15 thru today Jan. 29th. This has affected several of our member’s accounts. We are communicating daily with them for updates and they are trying to get this resolved soon.
The issues are:
Some Visa transactions from the 15th forward have not posted yet. Some of these items were pending with a hold placed on the funds. When the hold dropped it appeared as if the funds were available. But in reality the money from these transactions have not been debited from your account.
On Jan 28th some items that previously cleared your account around Jan 16-22 were reversed. So again, it appears you have more money than you do, as the reversal of items cleared will need to be posted to your account again.
Our processor is working around the clock trying to get this fixed asap.
We truly apologize for this inconvenience and as soon as we can we will get these issues resolved.
Meanwhile, please track your Visa transactions that have not cleared or needs to clear again, adding them up so you are aware of what amount will be posting to your account once this situation is cleaned up. This will help, so that you aren’t spending funds in your account that will be needed in your account to cover these transactions when they to finally hit your account.
